ISEP is committed to Dutch Law and is fully licensed with respect to rules of the AFM. ISEP obtained all licenses from the AFM, the Dutch supervisory control board on insurances and insurance intermediaries. ISEP is affliated to KIFID, the Dutch authority for complaints.
Because relations of ISEP are spread out over the whole world, we try to maintain all contacts as much as posible via our website and email. If you have any advice for us (f.i. to improve the functionallity of our website), ISEP is allways open for your comments and we will then try to adapt our website consequently.
In the left column you can click on the subject or situation of importance to you. ISEP realises that there will be many more situations of stay. Only the most important are being dealt with.
Is your situation different from those described, then we request you to complete attached form and put forward your questions to us. We will then come back to you as soon as possible with an appropriate answer. ISEP shall allways try to achieve maximum goals, such as the best conditions and competive rates. Sometimes standard solutions are applicable, mostly however custom-made solutions are necessary .
Because you, before being in the possibility to deamnd insurance cover- have to complete a questionnary/inventorisation form, ISEP shall allways try to defend your interests and shall control if that what you asked for is really what you wanted.
In view of the difference in time, between the various countries and different parts of the world, it may be that a reaction is somewhat delayed, but in principle we try to give you a reaction withing 24 hours. ISEP has not only agencies of the various Dutch Insurers, but also with important/ leading foreign insurance companies, such as Belgian. English, French American and locally established companies.
Errors & Ommissions by foreign insurance companies however are not to be blamed to/on ISEP and ISEP declines all liabilities arising out of such errors and ommissions.
